Orchestrav2 is an online portal published by Egiweb, which co-owners use to access management documents and data provided by their property manager. Login requires personal credentials supplied by the property manager, and getting started means understanding a few platform-specific features before exploring its different sections.
Orchestrav2 account not activated or invalid credentials: what you can do
The most common issue when logging in for the first time is also the most frustrating: the login page denies access. There are two distinct scenarios.
The first is that the account has not yet been created by the property manager. Until the property manager has created the user profile in Orchestrav2, no credentials will work. Co-owners cannot create the account themselves. They need to contact the property management firm directly (by email or phone) to request activation, providing the unit number and the condominium address.
The second scenario is that the credentials have been provided but do not work. An error in the email address linked to the account, an expired temporary password, or a simple typo in the user code can all block access. Before contacting the property manager again, try these steps:
- Check that the email address you are using exactly matches the one provided with the meeting notice, with no extra spaces or unintended capital letters
- Use the password reset feature on the login page, if available, and enter the email address linked to the account
- Check your email’s spam folder, as Orchestrav2 activation emails may be filtered automatically
If none of these checks resolves the issue, the property manager is the only person who can resend valid credentials or correct incorrect information in the profile. Getting started with Egiweb’s Orchestrav2 therefore always requires coordination with the property manager, especially the first time you use it.

Orchestrav2 login page: understanding the sign-in screen
Once you have your credentials, you can sign in through a dedicated web page. The exact address depends on the property manager: some firms use a custom URL, while others direct users to Egiweb’s standard portal. The property manager usually provides the link in the letter or email containing your credentials.
The login screen asks for two details: a user code (sometimes the email address itself) and a password. After your first login, the platform may require you to change your password. The new password permanently replaces the one provided by the property manager.
One technical detail to keep in mind: your session expires after a period of inactivity. You are logged out without notice. If an error appears after you have been browsing for a while, simply sign in again without changing your credentials.
Browser and compatibility
Orchestrav2 works in a standard web browser. Recent versions of Firefox, Chrome, Edge, and Safari are suitable. No dedicated mobile app is required to access the portal. On a smartphone, the page opens in the phone’s browser, although the layout is designed with a computer screen in mind.
Navigating the interface and accessing condominium information
The interface is organized around documents. After signing in, the main screen displays the sections available to you based on your co-owner profile. The information shown is what the property manager has chosen to publish on the portal.
The most common sections include:
- Day-to-day management documents (calls for funds, service charge statements, minutes of general meetings)
- Information related to your unit (ownership shares, contact details on file, payment history)
- Messages or notifications sent by the property manager through the platform
Each document can be viewed on screen or downloaded as a PDF. The information you can see depends on the settings chosen by the property manager, which is why two co-owners managed by different firms may see different sections in Orchestrav2.
Updating your personal details
Most Egiweb portals allow co-owners to update their mailing address, phone number, or contact email. These changes are reflected in the property manager’s database. However, users cannot change information relating to the unit itself, such as ownership shares or the proportionate share.

Folders and documents: finding a specific file in Orchestrav2
Finding a specific document on the portal can be confusing at first. Folders are organized by financial year or category (general meetings, works, claims). A text search bar is not always available.
The most reliable way to find a call for funds or meeting minutes is to browse the folder structure by date. The most recent documents usually appear at the top of the list. Downloading documents as they are published saves you from having to search through months of history later.
Some property managers also enable email notifications when a new document is published on the portal. If available, this option can be configured from your user profile page.
Getting started with Orchestrav2 has less to do with the tool’s complexity than with relying on the property manager to activate your account and decide which information is visible. Once you are signed in, the portal is straightforward to use: view and download documents, and update your contact details. The real sticking point is almost always getting access for the first time.
